James Whale

James Whale was an exceptional talent that did a great job in directing theater production as well as film production. On May of 197, he tragically committed suicide. Given the fact that he was suffering from strokes, he drowned himself in his house’s swimming pool. The popular English director was thought to have died from an accident until a suicide not in which he stated his intentions for committing suicide was found. He died at the age of 67 after losing a battle with depression that resulted from the amount of drugs he had to take to keep strong.
