Holly Woodlawn

The Warhol superstar, Holly Woodlawn was another famous person on the transgender list. Born in Puerto Rico, Holly was a transgender actress who was famous for her appearance on Warhol movies that include 1970’s Trash and 1972’S Women in Revolt. One of the roles she is best known for is Holly in Walk on the Wild Side, Lou Reed’s hit pop song. At the time of his birth, Holly was biologically male and was known as Haroldo Santiago Franceschi Rodriguez Danhaki.
