Yes, it contains all sorts of nutrients that will keep me away from sickness and make me feel better. Yes, eating healthier will probably give me a longer, more fulfilling life. But we also know it isn’t that easy. If all we needed to do was learn the benefits that vegetables have for us, then nobody would be a picky eater. Even though we know it’s good for us; sometimes it can just be tough to eat healthier. So rather than talk on and on about what you already know, we thought it would be better if we went through a list of vegetables that are not only healthy but delicious as well.
