Jon-Erik Hexum

Popular for his leading role on the TV show Cover Up, Jon-Erik as a popular American actor and model with a large fan base especially with the females. He was successful in his career or so it seemed until on 12^th October, 1984 he suddenly put an end to his life. While on the set of Cover Up, he was playing Russian roulette with a blank loaded gun. Although the blank that he fired didn’t manage to penetrate the brain, it pushed a piece of skull into his brain. This led to a massive hemorrhage that lasted 6 days. He was unable to recover from the injury and was pronounced brain dead by doctors on 18^th of October. The incident shocked the entire crew that termed it an accident and not a suicide.
